Event Policies & Booking Details
Function Rooms: Two private event spaces available — the Lounge and the Bistro. A $100 room charge applies to private function rooms.
Deposit & Agreement: A non-refundable deposit of the greater of $250 or 25% of the estimated total is required at signing to secure your date and time. This deposit is applied to your final invoice. Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or charge.
Checks payable to ANR Restaurants LLC.
Final Payment: Due on the day of the event. Cash or charge only.
Minimum Spend: $600 food minimum required.
Menu & Guest Guarantee: Final menu selections and guest count are due 7 days prior to the event. This number will be the minimum charged. Events are priced for up to 4 hours (private or semi-private per agreement).
Gratuity & Service Fees: An 18% service charge and a 4% kitchen service charge will be added.
Alcohol Service: Professional bar service available with a $75 setup fee. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Children: Kid’s Menu available; all children’s entrees are plated.
Cakes, Tablecloths & Décor:
Cakes must come from a commercial kitchen; outside cakes incur a $25 fee.
Tablecloths available upon request at $5 per table.
Decorations may not be attached to walls. No glitter or confetti permitted.
