The Bistro
Designed to mirror a modern pub with antique accents. The room features a fully stocked copper topped bar, chandeliers, cool accent light, tin ceilings, great sound system, large projection television, A/V and DJ hookups, flexible seating and food setups. Great for birthday parties, business meetings, christenings, showers, bereavements, weddings and other events, casual or more formal. Hosts up to 75 seated, up to 100 for cocktails and mingle.
The Down Low
This room was designed after a big city modern lounge. It features a large, fully stocked bar, 8 televisions, hip colored accent lighting, WI-FI, portable microphone, A/V hookup, couch and table seating, flexible food locations and awesome sound system. Great for birthday parties, reunions, holiday events, networking cocktail parties and other casual events. Hosts up to 65 seated, up to 100 for cocktails and music.
The Alcove
Located at the front of the Restaurant looking out at scenic Woburn center. Perfect space for smaller events: birthday dinners, cocktail events and get-togethers spanning from 10 to 20 people.
Event Policies & Booking Details
Function Rooms: Two private event spaces available — the Lounge and the Bistro. A $100 room charge applies to private function rooms.
Deposit & Agreement: A non-refundable deposit of the greater of $250 or 25% of the estimated total is required at signing to secure your date and time. This deposit is applied to your final invoice. Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or charge.
Checks payable to ANR Restaurants LLC.
Final Payment: Due on the day of the event. Cash or charge only.
Minimum Spend: $600 food minimum required.
Menu & Guest Guarantee: Final menu selections and guest count are due 7 days prior to the event. This number will be the minimum charged. Events are priced for up to 4 hours (private or semi-private per agreement).
Gratuity & Service Fees: An 18% service charge and a 4% kitchen service charge will be added.
Alcohol Service: Professional bar service available with a $75 setup fee. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Children: Kid’s Menu available; all children’s entrees are plated.
Cakes, Tablecloths & Décor:
Cakes must come from a commercial kitchen; outside cakes incur a $25 fee.
Tablecloths available upon request at $5 per table.
Decorations may not be attached to walls. No glitter or confetti permitted.
