Floor Plans & Descriptions
Choose from three function spaces: The Bistro, The Down Low, and The Alcove. A $600 food minimum is required for private functions. The Down Low has additional minimums on weekends and evenings; The Alcove has no minimum for the space.
The Bistro
Designed to mirror a modern pub with antique accents. The room features a fully stocked copper-topped bar, chandeliers, cool accent lighting, tin ceilings, a great sound system, a large projection television, A/V and DJ hookups, and flexible seating and food setups. Great for birthday parties, business meetings, christenings, showers, bereavements, weddings and other events, casual or more formal. Hosts up to 70 seated or for cocktails.
The Down Low
The Down Low is Woburn’s newest hidden gem — a tailored, underground cocktail club tucked beneath the lively Brickyard in Downtown Woburn. Dimly lit, wood paneled, and humming with low brass and Motown soul, it’s a speakeasy built on secrets, swing, and slow sips. Hosts up to 68 seated or up to 100 for cocktails.
The Alcove
Seated at the front of the restaurant overlooking scenic Woburn Center, this space offers booth seating — perfect for birthday dinners, cocktail events, and smaller get-togethers. Hosts up to 20 seated, up to 30 for cocktails.
Event Policies & Booking Details
Function Rooms: Three function spaces are available — The Down Low, The Alcove, and The Bistro. Please ask a manager which one is best for your event. Private functions in The Bistro require a $100 room charge, and events in The Down Low may be subject to food and beverage minimums.
Deposit & Agreement: A non-refundable deposit of the greater of $250 or 25% of the estimated total is required at signing to secure your date and time. This deposit is applied to your final invoice. Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or charge.

Final Payment: Due on the day of the event. Cash or charge only.
Minimum Spend: $600 food minimum required for private functions. The Down Low has minimums for weekends and evenings. The Alcove is not subject to minimums for the space.
Menu & Guest Guarantee: Final menu selections and guest count are due 7 days prior to the event. This number will be the minimum charged. Events are priced for up to 4 hours (private or semi-private per agreement).
Gratuity & Service Fees: An 18% service charge and a 4% kitchen service charge will be added.
Alcohol Service: Professional bar service available with a $75 setup fee. Open bar and cash bar options are available — see our Bar Packages above. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Children: Kid’s Menu available; all children’s entrées are plated.
Cakes, Tablecloths & Décor:
Cakes must come from a commercial kitchen; outside cakes incur a $25 fee.
Tablecloths available upon request at $5 per table.
Decorations may not be attached to walls. No glitter or confetti permitted.
